Do you offer seats for disabled persons and wheelchair users?
Yes! Please contact the organiser. You get a 50% discount if you show us your certificate of disability (from 80%). If a companion is needed he/she will also receive a discount of 50 %. Wheelchair users with a companion only pay for one ticket.
Do children receive a discount?
For children up until the age of three the admission is free, but they have no entitlement to their own seat.

Can I return my ticket or change it?
Return or change of tickets is not possible.
Is it possible to get my tickets from the box office on the night of the concert?
Should the shipping of reserved and paid tickets not be possible as there is not enough time left, one can pick up the tickets directly at the box office at Gendarmenmarkt.
Where exactly is the box office at Gendarmenmarkt?
The organiser’s ticket service moves 6 weeks prior to the event from Dorotheenstraße 34 to Gendarmenmarkt. Here you can buy your tickets directly or pick up your order. The ticket container is situated at Gendarmenmarkt at Charlottenstraße (on the right next to the stage entrance of the Konzerthaus, opposite the Restaurant Lutter & Wegner / corner of Taubenstraße. The box office is open 6 weeks prior to the event (if you have any questions about that dial +49 (0) 30 / 31 57 54-13) daily (also at weekends) from 10:00am – 08:00pm.
Where are the box offices and the entrances to the event compound?
On the days of the event besides the main box office („Info-Service“) there will be three further ticket offices open (2 hours before the concert).
These are situated directly at the entrances:
- Charlottenstraße / corner of Taubenstraße
- Markgrafenstraße / corner of Taubenstraße
- Markgrafenstraße / corner of Jägerstraße
Which payment terms are there?
If you order your tickets directly from us (contact see above) you have the option of receiving a bill and transferring the money, or direct withdrawal or you can pick up the tickets in our office at Dorotheenstraße 34, here we can only accept cash. At the „Info-Service“-Counter directly at Gendarmenmarkt you can pay with EC-card or Cash. On the other box offices which are open at Gendarmenmarkt at the night of the concerts you can only pay cash.
Are there any standing places?
No, there are only seats (at ground level or on the stands, see seating plan)
Where can I park?
You can park at the underground car park „FriedrichstadtPassagen“ (entry via Tauben- or Jägerstraße). The CONTIPARK Autoparking offers you as Classic Open Air-Festival visitor a special rate at EUR 5,50- which is valid on the day of the concerts from ab 06:00pm - 1:00am. Please present your concert ticket (only possible if you go to the gate keeper at Taubenstraße, not at the parking ticket machines!)
How do I get to Gendarmenmarkt without car?
You can take the underground “U2” until the station „Stadtmitte“ or „Hausvogteiplatz“ / Underground „U 6“ until „Französische Straße”. There are taxi ranks all around Gendarmenmarkt. For more details please check out „Location“ on this website.
Can I bring food and drinks?
The bringing of food and drinks is not permitted. There are, however, several catering stalls on the festivals grounds.
May I open my umbrella during the concert?
The opening of umbrellas is unfortunately not permitted for reasons of safety. Furthermore the persons sitting behind you will not be able to see.
Where can I buy the programme from?
The programme can be bought at the ticket containers as well on the compound.
Where do I find the toilets?
Mobile comfort toilets are at both exits leading to Charlottenstraße.
What happens if there is bad weather during the festival?
The organiser usually proceeds with the concerts during doubtful weather, or rain. It can, however cause delays or interruptions. A cancellation only takes place just before the beginning of the concert at the event itself and can only be announced by the event management. So do come to the venue in any case. If you have got any questions regarding receiving your money back in such a case, please call the organiser (number see above).
